2 track aluminium Sliding   Window Making

Description:

This system permits The Construction of 2 track sliding windows. In this systm , we can complete Assembling of Windows 

very fast due to very minimum tooling Required.

Making:

To make sliding window first of all we need 2 track aluminium section.

Then    A section

            E section

            H section 

From the measurement of height we will cut A & E section by excluding 1.5 inches

Example - 

     Height    48''- 1''.5'= 46''.3'/8 

 For Lent , 6'' Will Removed from the whole size and the size will be Divided into 2 Parts ,

than the H section size will be come out.

Example - 

     Lent    48''-  6''=42''÷2= 21''

Glass Measurement

   To measure the size of the Glass Have to take it out.  4''2/8 from the Height and 5'/8 to the lenght of the H section to measure the size of the Entire Glass.
